For Quantum Wellness Spa in downtown Los Angeles, a monumental entry door was engineered and fabricated to define the entire guest experience. At eight feet tall, five feet wide, and three inches thick, the piece required a structural solution capable of supporting its scale while maintaining seamless function.

A custom half-inch steel frame was laser-cut, welded, and powder-coated to precise tolerances, paired with a hinge system designed to bear extraordinary weight. Every functional element was considered—custom handle and push bar, soft-close engineering to prevent injury, concealed locking mechanisms, and finishes formulated to resist wear and fingerprints over time.

Installed within fractions of an inch of precision, the door now serves as both threshold and sculpture—anchoring the spa with strength, clarity, and permanence.
